Vedika Bhosle is a seasoned HR and Administration professional with 13 years of experience, Over the course of her career, she has worked with leading multinational organisations, including UK-based companies, gaining valuable experience in professional, multicultural, and process-driven work environments.  At Nidaan Career, Vedika leads the HR, Administration, and Student Management functions, ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, faculty, and the management team.  As a Student Mentor, she provides guidance, motivation, and personal attention to help students stay focused, disciplined, and confident in their preparation. 

Dr. Ashwani Kumar is a Ph.D. in Chemistry with 14+ years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has international research experience as a Project Assistant at Freie University, Berlin, Germany, along with having national and international experience as a researcher, and as an educator with outstanding records in academic & mentoring students for academic excellence. His passion is to make Chemistry simple, conceptual, and result-oriented for JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations.

Anirudh Gupta brings extensive international corporate experience, including his association with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), Coventry, UK.With an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, he combines technical, commercial, analytical, and international corporate expertise. His professional experience spans strategic procurement, sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier management, contract management, and corporate operations. At Nidaan, Anirudh mentors students and young professionals, helping them understand corporate careers, industry expectations, professional skills, and real-world career opportunities. Through his mentoring, he focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations, enabling students to make informed career decisions and enter the professional world with confidence.

PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, with advanced academic experience from the University of Delhi and Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan. With international experience spanning India, Japan and Taiwan, along with academic research and senior R&D industry experience, he guides students in university selection, STEM career pathways, international education, research opportunities and higher-education planning.

PhD in Computational Chemistry | Advanced Master in Artificial Intelligence | International Research Experience Pinaki Saha is a computational scientist with 10+ years of experience in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, CADD and AI/ML for molecular design, with research experience at University of Hertfordshire (UK) and KU Leuven. At Nidaan, he guides students on university selection, STEM and AI/ML career pathways, international higher education, research opportunities, and emerging careers at the intersection of Chemistry, Computational Science and Artificial Intelligence. His academic background includes a PhD from Shiv Nadar University and Advanced Master in AI from KU Leuven.

Dr. Mohammad Asif Ali holds M.S. and Ph.D. from Japan, with extensive academic and research experience across Japan and China. He has served as an Assistant Professor in Japan and is an Associate Professor at Jiangnan University, China, bringing strong international academic and research exposure. His expertise spans Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Bio-based Polymers, Polymer Gels and Advanced Functional Materials. He has also worked as a Scientist at Green Science Materials (GSM), Japan.
