Dr. Ashwani Kumar is a Ph.D. in Chemistry with 14+ years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has international research experience as a Project Assistant at Freie University, Berlin, Germany, along with Having national and international experience as a researcher, and as an educator with outstanding records in academic & mentoring students for academic excellence. His passion is to make Chemistry simple, conceptual, and result-oriented for JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations.

Mr. Manish K. Patel is an accomplished Physics educator with over 14 years of teaching and academic leadership experience in India’s leading coaching institutes. He holds a Master of Engineering (M.E.) from MIT Alandi, Pune University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Pune University. He has served with prestigious institutions including Aakash Educational Services Ltd., Tomorrow’s Genius Pvt. Ltd., RAO IIT Institute, and D.Y. Patil Technical Campus, where he has successfully guided students preparing for competitive examinations such as NEET, JEE, IIT, and Engineering entrance exams.

Vipin Agrawal is an experienced JEE Mathematics Faculty with 12+ years of teaching experience, specializing in concept building, problem-solving, exam-oriented preparation, and student mentorship. He has worked with leading coaching institutions and is currently associated with Padhye Education, Akola, where he teaches JEE and MHT-CET Mathematics for Classes XI–XII. He has also trained JEE aspirants through online and offline coaching and has extensive experience in teaching Foundation Mathematics for Classes VIII–X. Vipin has mentored 100+ students who achieved notable ranks in JEE Main and JEE Advanced, including 15+ students selected for IITs in 2025. His notable achievers include Vedant Kapale (AIR 971, JEE Advanced 2025 – IIT Roorkee) and Parth Bawankule (AIR 1 in PwD category, JEE Advanced 2024 – IIT Bombay).

Mr. Raparti Naagendra Rao is a distinguished Biology educator and academic leader with over 18 years of experience in NEET coaching and competitive examination training. Holding an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, B.Ed. (Biology), and B.Sc. (Biology, Zoology & Chemistry), he has dedicated his career to shaping the future of aspiring medical professionals. He has served with renowned institutions such as Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, IIT PK Pune, and as the Founder Director of MEDICON Academy, mentoring thousands of students for NEET and other national-level competitive examinations. As the Head – NEET Division at Nidaan Career, Mr. Rao leads the academic planning, faculty development, curriculum strategy, and student mentoring programs. His teaching philosophy focuses on conceptual clarity, disciplined preparation, and personalized guidance, helping students consistently achieve outstanding results.

Niteen Arya is an experienced Physics educator and academic mentor with a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Delhi and extensive experience in preparing students for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET. With strong expertise in Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electrostatics, and Modern Physics, he focuses on simplifying complex concepts and developing strong problem-solving skills among students. Niteen has worked with leading academic organisations including Narayana Thane, Rao IIT Academy, Tg Campus Pvt. Ltd., and Incounse. His experience includes classroom teaching, student mentoring, academic planning, content development, test-paper creation, and Physics department management. As a former Team Leader of the Physics Department, he has managed a team of Physics teachers and contributed to academic content development and quality improvement. Vedika Bhosle is a seasoned HR and Administration professional with 13 years of experience, bringing extensive expertise in human resource management, administration, people management, and organisational operations. Over the course of her career, she has worked with leading multinational organisations, including UK-based companies, gaining valuable experience in professional, multicultural, and process-driven work environments. Her corporate experience has strengthened her expertise in people management, process development, team coordination, and organisational growth. At Nidaan Career, Vedika leads the HR, Administration, and Student Management functions, ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, faculty, and the management team. She is actively involved in understanding student needs, maintaining regular communication with parents, monitoring student engagement, and supporting students throughout their academic journey. As a Student Mentor, she provides guidance, motivation, and personal attention to help students stay focused, disciplined, and confident in their preparation.
